Dr. Chandra Sekhar Meduri

Chandra Sekhar Meduri Ph.D.

Quality Assurance Manager

Dr. Chandra Sekhar Meduri joined Holographix in October 2021 and brings 9 years of experience in Nanofabrication R&D and Quality Management. Prior to this role, Chandra held multiple technical positions in medical device manufacturing, quality assurance, and Nanofabrication R&D. He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University and authored a number of technical publications on amorphous materials. While pursuing his PhD, he developed a novel surface patterning technique to fabricate micro and nanotubes. The technology is patented and offers a low-cost and high-throughput alternative to traditional lithography-based techniques. He also earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and led multiple lean projects to optimize processes, improve yield, and increase profitability. Chandra has an in-depth knowledge of, and hands-on experience in metrological characterization of replicated micro- and nanostructures. He works with the quality team and management to develop a robust quality assurance program to ensure Holographix products meet specified requirements.
