Microlens Array Applications

Microlens arrays are increasingly becoming an integral part of new, state-of-the-art optical systems for a wide range of applications. At Holographix, we custom design and produce cost-effective, high quality microlens arrays to customer specifications. Holographix routinely manufactures complex diffractive and aspheric microlens arrays to submicron tolerances in a variety of shapes and packing configurations.

Microlens arrays are used in a wide variety of applications and industries. Devices that use microlens arrays include:

Optical Diffuser Applications

Macro-Optics Applications

Holographix produces custom “traditional” optics including replicated glass and plastic-based lenses, and replicated glass, plastic, and metal-based mirrors. High quality replicated aspheric, toroidal, free-form, and flat surfaces can be produced. These components are used in numerous commercial, military, and consumer applications.
